How The Branded Box works.
- Pick your size, industry and frequency of your shipments.
- Our team will reach out to get your logo after checkout.
- Every month our experienced team will pick 2 to 4 products relevant to your industry.
- Our skilled production team will then decorate each with your logo and ship them directly to you. Products will be selected from the brands you know and trust: Nike, The North Face, Carhartt, Ogio, Travis Matthew and many more.

**Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month after your initial purchase**
**All products will use neutral colors (grey, black, navy) and will be embroidered on the left chest unless there is a more appropriate decoration method or location available**

Decoration Methods
Embroidery: Thread stitched into the fabric. Durable, premium look. Best for polos, hats, outerwear. Works well for left-chest and caps; fine gradients not supported.
Heat press (DTF/vinyl): Graphic is heat-applied. Great for small runs, names/numbers, and full-color logos. Smooth hand; avoid high-heat drying to maximize life.
Screen printing: Ink pushed through stencils onto the garment. Most cost-effective for larger quantities. Crisp colors and long wear. Best on cotton or cotton-blend tees and fleece.
Leather patch: Engraved leather sewn or heat-sealed to hats and apparel. Rugged look. Limited fine detail; natural color variation.
PVC patch: Soft rubber patch with 3D detail, stitched or heat-sealed. Bold colors, highly durable, wipe-clean. Great for hats and outerwear.
Shipping
Orders ship after artwork approval and production. Tracking is emailed at dispatch. We use major carriers and may split shipments to speed delivery. Transit times are estimates and exclude production time. Inspect boxes on arrival and report carrier damage within 48 hours.
Return Policy
Custom-decorated items are final sale. Report defects or misprints within 14 days of delivery for a remake or credit. Unworn, unwashed blank goods may be returned within 30 days; buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error. RMA required. Color/size tolerances follow manufacturer specs.
